Every ServiceNow Exam Prep (SNEP) customer is entitled to a full refund if he/she fails the corresponding exam on the first attempt within 30 days after purchasing the study guide. The following conditions must be met in order to receive a full refund:

  1. Refunds are provided for the study guide that corresponds with the failed exam.
  2. Refunds are available only for 30 days after failing an exam.
  3. Refunds are available when the purchase of the study guide was more than 7 days away from the scheduled exam. Refunds will not be provided if the purchase of the study guide was less than 7 days from the scheduled exam date. You need a proper amount of time to study!
  4. Refunds are available only for 6 months after purchasing a study guide. This is to ensure you are using the most current version of the study guide for your exam.
  5. The study guide customer and exam registration are under the same person’s name.
  6. You must submit the correct information to receive a refund. See below for instructions.

We will not honor the refund if:

  1. The wrong study guide is purchased. If you purchase the incorrect study guide, please contact us and we will provide assistance.
  2. You wait more than 30 days to ask for a refund after failing the exam.
  3. You purchase the study guide with less than 7 days of taking the exam.
  4. You wait more than 6 months after purchasing the study guide.

If you fail the exam, please provide us the following information:

  1. Contact us with your Name, Email and Order Number. We will send you an email to get in touch with you about the refund.
  2. When we get in touch with you, be prepared to provide us: a copy of your Result/Score Report in PDF format and a copy of your Exam Registration.
